Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will apply tax expertise to provide full service tax return preparation and software support to in-person customers.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will grow the client base within the local community and drive loyalty using marketing support. This non-exempt, front-facing role requires onsite presence, including weekends and varying hours,

Qualifications

  • Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
  • Have a PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
  • Must be able to obtain related state licenses/certifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of paid tax returns preparation using professional software.
  • Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location.

Responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax locally and engage with the community.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
  • Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and referrals.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships.
