Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to service customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, deductions optimization, and software support, while building a local client base and long-term relationships in the community.

You’ll work onsite as part of a collaborative team, represent TurboTax locally, and participate in marketing efforts.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willingness to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and personalized service.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and loyalty.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools to support tax needs.
