Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required, 5+ years with an Associate's Degree or 3+ years with a Bachelor's.
• Hands-on training and development experience.
• Experience coaching employees & store leadership.
• Understanding of staffing, customer service and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing training programs addressing operational and leadership needs.
• Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership teams.
• Actively engage in Academy Store to facilitate hands-on training.
• Partner with Regional Directors and site leadership to identify challenges and implement training solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures.
