Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia seeks a Director of Retail Talent Development. This field-based leader will drive learning strategy, align training with values, and supervise field teams to improve performance and retention across all retail sites.

The role partners with People Services and regional leaders, oversees content creation, and implements an Academy Store model for scalable training delivery, coaching, and measurement.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable training programs with measurable results.
• Strong retail operations knowledge including staffing and customer service.
• Experience using learning analytics to measure effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize solutions.
• Develop and maintain the Retail Talent Development roadmap and plan.
• Own field-based training execution across store groups and division.
