Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail leadership with hands-on training and coaching.
• Experience collaborating with store leadership and regional directors.
• Strong knowledge of staffing, customer service, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with operational goals.
• Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership teams.
• Facilitate hands-on training in Academy Store.
• Collaborate with Directors and regional teams to address challenges and implement solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of and comply with all policies and procedures.
