Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking a Retail Talent Development Partner to design and deliver impactful training for store leadership and teams in Bridgeport, WV. The role emphasizes coaching, hands-on learning, and aligning programs with organizational goals to drive operational excellence.

The RTDP collaborates with the Director of Retail Talent Development and People Services, supporting continuous process improvement and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience (5+ years with an Associate's Degree or 3+ years with a Bachelor's Degree).
• Hands-on training and development experience, employee coaching, and knowledge of retail operations (staffing, customer service, merchandising).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with operational goals.
• Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership teams.
• Facilitate hands-on training at the Academy Store.
• Collaborate with Directors and Regional Directors to identify operational challenges and craft targeted training solutions.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
