Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking a Retail Talent Development Partner to design and deliver training for store leadership and staff. You will implement programs aligned with operational goals and ensure practical application in busy retail environments.

The role involves coaching, collaboration with the Director of Retail Talent Development, and supporting Academy Store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with 5+ years (Associate's) or 3+ years (Bachelor's).
• Hands-on training and development experience.
• Experience coaching employees and collaborating with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for store operations and leadership.
• Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership teams.
• Coordinate with Academy Store for hands-on training.
• Partner with Regional Directors to identify challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organization policies.
