Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania in Bridgeport, WV, is seeking a Retail Talent Development Partner to design and deliver training that boosts store operations and leadership capabilities. This hands-on role coaches store teams and partners with the Director of Retail Talent Development to align programs with operational goals.

You will support Academy Store training, collaborate with regional directors, and implement targeted solutions to improve performance.

Qualifications

5+ years retail leadership with an Associates Degree or 3+ years with a Bachelor’s.
Hands-on training and development experience.
Experience with staffing, customer service and merchandising.
Experience collaborating with store leadership and regional directors to drive performance.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing training programs that address operational and leadership needs.
Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership teams to reinforce learning and enhance skills.
Actively engage in Academy Store to facilitate hands-on training and practical experience.
Collaborate with the Director of Retail Talent Development and Regional Directors to identify challenges and implement targeted training solutions.
Maintain up-to-date understanding of organizational policies and procedures; travel as required.
