Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Sales Consultant to service retail stores in Sherman, Denison, and Greenville, TX. You will manage a defined territory, sell, service, merchandise, and keep accounts receivable up to date.

Responsibilities include presenting products, planning sales initiatives, ensuring accurate pricing, coordinating merchandising displays, performing inventory checks, and maintaining thorough administrative records.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goals and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer contact within territory (Sherman, Denison, Greenville).
• Plan and execute sales initiatives and presentations.
• Identify and nurture new accounts; grow business and maintain pricing schedules.
• Perform merchandising and use POS to enhance selling efforts.
• Conduct inventory checks and minimize order mistakes; rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Adhere to company policies and complete paperwork promptly.
