Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goals and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Responsibilities

• Territory management: maintain contact with customers and execute sales initiatives.
• Selling: understand products, pricing schedules, and make effective sales presentations to meet company objectives.
• Merchandising: optimize display, shelf position, and assortment to maximize selling opportunities.
• Servicing: conduct inventory checks and minimize order mistakes through proper communication.
