Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across the Kentucky territory. You will drive monthly sales targets, manage merchandisers, and partner with store teams to elevate displays and planograms.

This role requires a valid driver's license, flexible schedule, 3–5 years of selling experience, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Mondelez offers a company vehicle, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years selling experience with strong business processes.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (up to 50 lbs. occasionally).
• Drug test, MVR check, and background check completed.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program provided.

Responsabilidades

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across accounts using retail selling methods.
• Lead a team of full-time and part-time merchandisers from hiring to coaching.
• Ensure flawless rollout of priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build strong store partnerships and top-tier service delivery.
• Allocate merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to strengthen relations.
• Operate within Mondelēz International safety and guidelines.
