Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery and drive in-store execution across a defined US territory including KY and IN cities. You’ll build customer relationships, optimize displays, and coach merchandisers to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

The role emphasizes data-driven sales strategies, collaboration with store personnel, and adherence to safety guidelines. A base salary is provided with a bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background and understanding of business processes and systems.
• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies.
• Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers, securing incremental opportunities and HQ programs.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Own the Cadence: Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Stay Safe & Compliant: Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
