Mosaic North America seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales growth and retailer execution across a Chicago-area territory for a major electronics retailer. You’ll train store teams, support live selling, and build strong brand relationships on the floor.

You will travel across multiple stores, analyze territory performance, and mentor seasonal team members while delivering measurable results. Strong communication and MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Competenze

• 1–2+ years of retail, sales, field marketing, or training experience.
• Supervisory, mentorship, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and develop meaningful relationships with retail partners at all levels.
• Comfortable working independently across a multi-store territory with frequent in-store travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Drive sell-through, attach rates, and market share growth across assigned stores.
• Execute strategic store visits to review sales results, identify opportunities, and align with retail teams on priorities.
• Support retail teams with hands-on sales assist and product demonstrations on the floor.
• Own territory-level KPIs and performance targets, proactively identifying and closing gaps.
• Plan and execute customer-facing selling events to drive direct sales impact.
• Develop in-store activations and events that generate excitement and drive higher overall sales for the brand.
