Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile hardware store directly to customers across a defined geographic territory. You will prospect, cold-call, and close deals while managing a fully stocked mobile store in the field.

You must reside in the territory, be able to procure a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. The role emphasizes independence, goal attainment, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills required.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to new customers in the territory.
• Present products and services using sample boards and demos.
• Maintain and operate the mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Ensure data integrity of customer contact information in company software.
