Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. seeks a Retail Technology Program Manager to lead global deployment of store technologies across our brand fleet. You will partner with business, infrastructure, and vendor teams to pilot and deploy modern solutions while ensuring security and privacy standards.

Strong technical, program leadership, and global execution skills are essential. You will drive AI-enabled capabilities, manage cross-functional pilots, and deliver executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Windows scripting (PowerShell/VBS) in production environments and managing device ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data quality, and enterprise security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of store technologies (cloud POS, RFID, traffic analytics, mobile devices).
• Drive global rollouts with consistent standards while respecting regional rules.
• Manage pilot programs and scale successful solutions across markets.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve store ops, associate productivity, and customer experience.
