Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for customers in-store at Old Orchard, Illinois. You will educate customers on repairs, products, and services, while delivering an exceptional Apple experience.

You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software concerns, work with leaders to identify recurring issues, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment consistent with Apple’s values.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills in a customer service environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Apple customers.
• Diagnose and repair customer issues, guiding them through repair options.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience and educate customers on products and services.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to Apple.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor as needed.
