Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with Apple products and services.
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate customer service scenarios.
• Willingness to learn about Apple products, services, and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for Apple customers.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
• Offer product and service recommendations and assist customers in finding ways to buy.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor and foster an inclusive environment.
