Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate to grow sales in one of our stores. You will engage customers with cutting-edge technology, uncover needs, and present complete solutions.

You’ll receive ongoing training and have opportunities to expand your customer base through outbound outreach and community events. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour with potential annual commissions up to $18,000, plus top performers may earn $65,000+ to $75,500+ depending on geography

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations for a top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base via outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
