Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales in a store environment. You’ll engage customers, uncover needs, and present top-down tech solutions while delivering exceptional service.

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour with commissions up to $18,000 annually, plus potential additional commissions. The role includes extensive benefits starting day one and opportunities to advance within the Verizon team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in commission-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service.
• Identify customer needs and propose product solutions.
• Close sales and meet or exceed goals while delivering a top-notch customer experience.
• Participate in training and develop skills in merchandising and inventory.
