Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Miami to drive retail sales with a passion for tech and exceptional customer service. You’ll identify customer needs, propose solutions, and close sales with clear communication while growing your skillset through training.

Earn $16.00–$21.00 per hour base, with potential for up to $18,000 in commissions and $65,000–$75,500 total annually. Benefits start day one, including health, dental, vision, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Engage with the community outside of the store at Verizon sponsored events.
