Job summary

KWI is seeking a Presales Consultant in Melville, NY to bridge retailer needs with our unified commerce platform. You will guide prospects from discovery through adoption, delivering tailored demonstrations and translating requirements into actionable product stories.

You will train clients, support post-sale adoption, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Client Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure clear value delivery and ongoing customer success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a presales, product specialist, client training, or customer support role in retail tech or B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of retail operations (POS, merchandising, order management, or CRM).
• Ability to lead compelling product demonstrations and tailor them to audience and use case.
• Experience creating and delivering training materials for varying audience levels.
• Experience gathering requirements for business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across Sales, Product and Client Delivery teams.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and fast learning in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's business needs and use cases, mapping them to KWI capabilities.
• Create solution documentation and support RFP responses.
• Help clients configure and optimize KWI, guiding process and workflow changes.
• Build and deliver training programs and materials for diverse audiences.
• Serve as a product expert for proactive and reactive client support, including post-training questions.
• Measure training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and adoption signals.
• Own and maintain client-facing product content—guides, videos, in-app tours, and release notes.
