Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Manager, Retail Technology Platforms to own the strategy, administration, optimization, and performance of our customer-facing retail tech, including POS, payments, promotions, subscriptions, and pricebook systems. The role drives the POS modernization, migrating from legacy systems, and serves as the bridge across IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or administering POS or retail/hospitality transaction systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and underlying database structure.
• Strong customer service skills and team orientation.
• Vendor management experience including platform evaluations and migrations.
• Solid understanding of pricing and promotions logic.
• Ability to communicate across IT, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
