Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge operations and technology for Major Oil and Gas retail tech initiatives. You will gather requirements, document processes, and drive UAT, deployments, and business readiness across POS, loyalty, payments, and back-office systems.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in retail technology or store operations, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proven experience in requirements gathering and testing activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting business analysis, retail technology, digital delivery, or store operations initiatives.
• Experience across business, product, technology, and vendor organizations.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience.
• Experience supporting UAT, deployments, and operational readiness activities.
• Retail technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Technology to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct functional analysis and assess impacts across integrated platforms.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities (UAT, regression, end-to-end).
• Support release readiness, go-live activities, and post-deployment performance.
