Job summary

CITGO Petroleum Corporation seeks a Retail Technology Manager to lead the Back End Architecture Infrastructure, overseeing 200+ SAP programs and 100+ custom tables supporting Settlement and POS interfaces. The role also drives payment card technology improvements, analytics, and BI solutions.

The incumbent will supervise the Retail Technology Team, align strategies with company goals, and serve as SME for digital tools, including PCO architecture projects and S/4 SAP roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of SAP-related experience.
Proficient with Power BI and Power Automate.
Strong analytical focus on performance metrics and KPIs.
Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Strong presentation and project management skills.
Liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Implement and Enhance Payment Card Technologies and POS interfaces.
Strategic planning and road mapping for backend systems and SAP programs.
Document processes and create a knowledge base for onboarding.
