Job summary

The Manager, Retail OS & Applications, will support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of retail technology solutions across the Americas. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail OS & Applications, this role will manage key projects and initiatives that support boutique operations, improve the employee experience, and enhance the client journey.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years’ experience in retail operations, retail technology, and project management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant education/work experience considered.
Experience supporting technology implementations, rollouts, or transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support implementation, adoption, and optimization of retail technology across the Americas.
Manage projects from planning through deployment and adoption.
Coordinate testing, pilots, deployments, and rollouts of new applications.
Maintain project documentation and deliverables with internal and external partners.
Collaborate with boutique teams, Retail Ops, IT, CRM, Finance, Marketing, and HQ.
