Job summary

Comcast is hiring for an in-store retail role in Boston. You will engage customers, demonstrate features, and provide outstanding service while helping them understand and manage their Comcast/Xfinity accounts.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with opportunities to earn uncapped commissions and a strong total rewards package. Base pay and performance incentives reflect the retail market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product features and explain them to customers.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing satisfaction through follow-up.
• Helping customers interpret account statements and pay bills in-store.
• Answering questions on services, updating data, and processing requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge and competitive info.
