Job summary

Comcast Xfinity in Massachusetts is seeking enthusiastic retail teammates to deliver outstanding service and explain product features. You will engage customers, demonstrate offerings, and help them understand accounts while promoting the Comcast brand.

In this role you will meet sales targets and support customers with account questions, billing and service upgrades while working flexible hours including evenings and weekends, in-store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding around technology and Comcast products.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge and competitive information.
