Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail or farming-related knowledge is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using the GURA framework.
• Greet customers and uncover their needs.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform duties such as merchandising, price changes, and basic store operations.
