Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and fellow team members while supporting selling initiatives and completing assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, uncovering needs, and recommending product solutions; operating the register; stocking, price changes and janitorial duties; and assisting customers with loading purchases. Shifts vary and flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately are expected.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs to recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Participate in merchandising, stocking, pricing changes and janitorial duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience.
