Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset.

As a Team Member, you will participate in all store operations, merchandise, and safety duties, with a focus on customer care, teamwork, and meeting business needs across shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, add value, appreciate.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising and plan-o-gram procedures; assemble merchandise.
• Perform janitorial duties and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience and bird safety in poultry areas.
