Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility to work varied hours and may involve handling merchandise, operating a cash register, and assisting customers with loading purchases.

Team Members help maintain store operations, stock, merchandising, and safety.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs and wants.
• Recommend product solutions and add value for the customer.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandise assembly.
• Perform janitorial duties and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and baler only if allowed by age restrictions.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
