Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to handle merchandise, operate the POS system, and assist customers with loading purchases. Training on safety and procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading, writing, and basic counting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with needs using GURA principles (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Add value).
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following company procedures.
• Restock and merchandise to plan-o-grams; participate in freight and recovery processes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Perform janitorial duties and door-to-door cleanliness as required.
• Maintain safety and proper bird/poultry handling where applicable.
