Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will be essential in greeting customers, uncovering needs, and recommending product solutions, while assisting with stocking, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Greet customers and uncover their needs to recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, and plan-o-gram tasks.
• Maintain poultry safety and sanitize holding areas.
• Complete required paperwork and duties as assigned.
