Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring Team Members to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You may work varied hours, including nights and weekends, and handle merchandising, checkout, and basic poultry care.

No prior retail experience is required, though farming or pet knowledge helps. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and reading, writing, and counting accurately are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs.
• Recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle cash per procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandising and stocking.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure safety and care of birds/poultry and related holding areas.
• Complete documentation for all duties performed.
