Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. Qualifications

• Reading, writing and counting accurately is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in freight processes.
• Complete plan-o-grams, merchandising, and product displays.
• Assemble merchandise and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience.
