Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role involves flexible shifts, handling cash, merchandising, and ensuring the safety of birds in our stores.

Prior experience is not required; HS diploma preferred. Indoor/outdoor work and varied hours are common.

Qualifications

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service per GURA: Greet customer, uncover needs, recommend products, appreciate the customer.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per store procedures.
• Complete merchandising tasks: plan-o-grams, assemble merchandise, price changes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and poultry as required.
