Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

This role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, and duties ranging from cashier work to merchandising, stocking, and safety of birds in poultry areas. No experience is required; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members, supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
