Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow teammates, supporting selling initiatives and performing tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You will be part of a store team that focuses on friendly service, merchandising, and safe operation of store equipment.

Applicants should be flexible with hours, ready to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends, and capable of handling basic cash register duties.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or related knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend product solutions.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service per GURA and data entry at the register.
• Operate cash register and handle basic transactions; assist with loading purchases.
• Maintain store appearance, stock, price changes, and merchandising plans.
• Ensure safety and care for birds/poultry and complete required documentation.
