Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending solutions, handling transactions, merchandising, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. Training and safety compliance are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but retail or farming knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including varied hours, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend products, Add value, Appreciate customers.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Complete merchandising tasks, price changes, and general store upkeep.
• Attend to safety, poultry care, and documentation for duties.
