Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks with a focus on a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility for varied shifts and a willingness to work store operations, merchandising, and safety duties.

Ideal candidates bring basic reading/writing/counting skills, a customer-service mindset, and comfort with a POS system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Experience in customer service and basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover their needs to provide product solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following procedures.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing changes, and plan-o-grams as needed.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Perform janitorial duties and safety/compliance tasks as assigned.
