Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will work to greet customers, uncover their needs, recommend product solutions, and add value through every interaction. Shifts vary, with potential overtime, and responsibilities include cash handling, merchandising, and general store duties.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Greet customers and uncover needs to provide product solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per procedures.
• Complete merchandising plans and merchandising resets as required.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience.
