Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Store Associate to help maintain a clean store, assist customers, and keep shelves stocked. You will support daily operations, handle checkout tasks, and promote our rewards programs to shoppers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift/move stock.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and follow cash-handling standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label/Rewards.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
