Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking an Overnight Merchandising Team Member in St. Cloud, MN. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure fast checkout while supporting store-level merchandising tasks.

You'll assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep products in stock and well-presented, while following SOPs and safety programs and participating in omnichannel processes.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and complete planograms and store recovery to maintain in-stock, merchandised aisles.
• Engage customers in rewards program enrollments andVOC surveys; support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
