Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find items.
• Collect and dispose of trash following procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors as required.
• Move equipment for cleaning and return products to place.
• Clean assigned areas with supplied materials and equipment.
• Prepare cleaning solutions as specified.
• Deep clean key areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways) as needed.
• Keep cleaning gear neat; request supplies in advance.
• Identify areas needing cleaning; take initiative to complete tasks.
• Complete tasks as directed by supervisor; follow guidelines.
• Interacts positively with team and customers, upholding brand values.
• Project a positive image; act as a role model.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with BOPIS/SFS Omni-channel processes.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs.
