Job summary

Michaels in Minnetonka is hiring for store support staff focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, checkout support, and participation in BOPIS and SFS processes to ensure smooth omni-channel service.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work some nights, weekends, and early mornings. Must be 16 or older and uphold Michaels’ standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes; support shrink and safety programs.
