Job summary

Michaels Boise store is seeking friendly team members to deliver excellent customer service, help shoppers locate products, and provide a fast, accurate checkout experience. You’ll engage customers about rewards programs and private label credit cards, and assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, maintaining planograms, merchandising recovery, in-stock optimization, and upholding SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast checkout and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms
• Store recovery and in-stock maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
