Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Strong cash handling and checkout experience.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and store programs.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) adherence.
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store and handle returns/go-backs.
