Job summary

Michaels Fresno store is seeking a customer-focused Team Member to help customers find products and provide a fast checkout experience. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and promote Michaels Rewards and credit options while supporting stocking and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities include truck unload, replenishment, planogram maintenance, and participation in SISO and AD set duties. The role involves standing for long periods and assisting in framing sales as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes (POGs).
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store appearance; support return/go-back.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact respectfully; embody Michaels values and serve as a role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
