Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS transactions.
• Ability to engage customers and promote programs including loyalty and private label cards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experiences and accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain planograms and store recoveries.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
