Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a store team member in Missoula, MT to deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with product location and purchases, and participate in truck unloading and stock replenishment.

You will help maintain a clean, well-stocked store and promote Michaels Rewards and private label programs. Responsibilities include cashier duties, POS accuracy, and supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes while adhering to SOPs

Qualifications

• Preferred Retail and/or customer service experience.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate boxes as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) to keep shelves in stock and well-merchandised.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in store recovery and loss prevention programs to meet SOPs and policies.
